Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Certain product categories, such as custom-made or hygiene-sensitive items, are unfortunately non-returnable due to safety and personalization reasons.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested beyond this period cannot be accepted or refunded.

Before sending anything back, please reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This allows us to track and process your return efficiently. Packages without an RA number may be rejected.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a notification regarding your eligibility for a refund. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges, restocking fees, and taxes (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

For sale items, we will refund the amount paid at the time of purchase, not the original listed price.

Need an exchange? Let us know, and we’ll help you check availability and arrange a replacement. Price differences and additional shipping fees may apply.

All returns should be packaged securely, including any accessories, manuals, or tags. Be sure to mark the RA number clearly on the outside of your parcel and ship it to the address provided by our support team using a traceable courier.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.
